My wife and I really liked the sink and it turned out great! If I was to say anything negative, it would be that you need to have an 1 5/8 or an 1 3/4 inch drill bit to cut through your countertop to install, instead of a usual 1 1/2 size hole for the incuded drain pipe, which did come with the Kraus faucet that we also ordered. (we did not order the drain pipe with the faucet since that cost more money, but it came with the faucet anyway) It looks as if the drain pipe was more or less proprietary with this sink.

I really like the subtle design on the outside of the sink. The tall height & diameter is perfect; splashing is minimized. After looking at several vessel faucets I decided to go with the exact one in the Kraus Co. photo. I, however, had the faucet set slightly to the side to show it off.

Beautiful vessel sink by kraus – sturdy, good size, and good looking. Has a very stable base, no need for the mounting ring. Easy to clean inside, but needs a little extra care to clean the outside because of the embossed pattern. This is my third Kraus sink / after trying out three other sinks.
