   Beautiful faucet.
   At first we purchased this same style from cheaper vendors but they were not as solid. We had an old one that had rusted and leaked.
   We decided to go with this costlier one by Kraus and so pleased with it! It’s a quality item compared to the other makes of this faucet.
   In order to keep the water from building up on the glass, I purchased Rain-X at Walmart (as suggested by other reviewers!) and treated the glass. Now the water just glides off!!!
   No regrets! Thank u Kraus!

   I would have given 5 stars but the package said the faucet came with clear glass but came with frosted glass as shown in the attached picture. This faucet was a replacement for an exact model in my bathroom and I saved the glass from the old one as a backup. I installed the unit and didn’t want to go to the trouble of returning it.

   Purchased as a replacement for a very similar unit that failed after several years. We spent quite some time going to hardware stores, plumbing supply shops, etc., figuring that we would have a hard time finding one of these “fancy” faucets. After no luck, we were happy to discover them available online. This actually seems to be a pretty common design, implemented by various manufacturers at different price points. We ordered from krausoutlet.com because we have become addicted to the great customer service.

   Unit arrived, simple install, and voila!– problem fixed.

   So beautiful I bought 2 for different bathrooms. Received compliments from everyone that used the powder room or toured the house. They both work great, except for one thing………..
   In the 3 years I had this faucet the glass piece developed water stains that absolutely refused to come out. I used everything I could think of, suggestions from friends and family and anything I found on the internet. Nothing worked. If you’re thinking of buying this and live in a hard water area you might want to rethink it.

   I didn’t want an ordinary faucet for our main bathroom. This faucet makes a statement. It is very sturdy and I think will hold up great. I felt it was a good value for the style. It is tall. Make sure you measure so you will not be surprised at the height. It is perfect for our application.
