   Great faucet, but noticeably lower water flow compared to my old one. Same flow when i open the handle halfway and fully – no difference.

   I bought this faucet in May of 2020, and in under two years the flat black finish they applied is already wearing away. In addition, the spray head which is plastic, is chipping along the entire outside edge. This makes it a three star or less faucet in my opinion. The finish on cheaper Delta faucets last much longer as do most other brands. The final straw was that when I posted a less critical review on the Kraus website, their moderator rejected it. Seems they have something to hide and that caused me to remove another star. I would not recommend buying a Kraus faucet after their refusal to publish an honest review. The pictures tell the story.

   Been installed for about 4 weeks now with heavy daily use! I run a daycare so I do dishes 3-4 times a day! Temp control is accurate and easy. Pull down function is helpful and stretches far. Switching spray types is easy and has good pressure.

   Well built, easy to use, and great looking. The reach is exactly why I needed for a standard double sink. The button that flips it to shower-high-pressure mode only when on and then flips off when the water is turned off is wonderfully simple and works perfectly. The styling is superb. The temperature control is precise and easy to use. And the plastic head is actually really nice feeling. I was worried about that part, but after using it for 2 months now, I can say it is actually nicer because it’s easier to work with than a heavier metal head, and it feels very well built, so no worries about longevity.

    Paid the extra, thinking I was getting a great product. Not. The switch on the faucet broke after a couple months, they replaced under warranty. Now the paint is all coming off as you can see in the picture. Could’ve bought several cheap ones for the price of this one, they would’ve been just as good. Don’t let the name fool you, it’s not a great product.

    The faucet seemed solid and well built, but after a little after 1 year installed, the spray button fell off randomly. I tried reaching out to the manufacturer, but haven’t received a response after two weeks. If I get a response, I will be sure to update this review. Unfortunately, I would say try for a different product when dropping this kind of money.
