   This faucet exceeds my expectations! I love the pull down sprayer! It operates so smoothly with out the annoying scratching sound of a metal hose! The finish is very nice . I love the slight industrial look. Be aware that in bright daylight it appears champagne brass but at night slightly brushed stainless. I would but again without hesitation.

   Quality faucet that feels as durable and long-lasting as some of the more expensive brands. Very satisfied with the finish as well – easy to keep clean and does not show water spots or scratches. The water restrictor is maybe a little too aggressive and the extendable head is made of plastic, making it feel less premium. Overall, very happy with my two faucets from this brand.

   Whether you’re upgrading individual components or doing a full remodel, this faucet is the Thee One. I saw this featured on Hannah’s Happy Home and it was the first time I’ve been excited to look for a faucet. It’s simply stunning and feels incredibly well made. Installation was the most straight-forward for any faucet I’ve installed, just a Phillips bit or screwdriver needed. Took us 90 minutes, which included removing the old faucet and drilling two new holes in the countertop to accommodate this design, as well as replacing the aerator. Water pressure is amazing, and temperature control is so accurate with hot & cold handles. We also upgraded our pans to a new set of ceramic and find ourselves washing them by hand because this faucet is a joy to use. Came well packaged. I have nothing but good things to say about this; we are now a Kraus house!! Make sure to purchase the matching aerator for your dishwasher! Disclaimer: I did purchase an open box version, but this faucet is the business at regular price IMHO. Everything was wrapped in plastic and in the original cardboard structure. This is designer hardware for your kitchen at affordable, accessible prices.

   We’ve had this installed for some days now and I smile every time I see it! I love how beautiful it is. The gold is subtle in some lighting, almost looking chrome. But beautifully gold in other lighting. Contrasts beautifully with our black quartz countertops too

    This faucet was super easy to install. I’m not a plumber, but I do have previous experience changing out old fixtures. As usual, removal of the old corroded fixture was the hardest part. The finish is truly beautiful! I was able to confirm with a magnet that the finish on the pullout sprayer head is stainless steel (not plastic like many others). I was worried that if the sprayer was plastic, it would get scratched or chipped easily. The flow rate and handle movement is perfect, super smooth movement and leak free. I am so pleased with this fixture!

    So we were skeptical about buying a faucet head on krausoutlet.com but let me tell you that this product is high quality, large, durable, and accurately as described! The value for our money was perfect and it literally took my husband about 10 minutes to install! The water comes out flowing with the option to turn into a shower type of spray. The functionality is practical for use and I would most definitely recommend this product!

    Overall very happy with this faucet. It’s not as pretty as some, but it fits in a tight vertical space, and, as noted, is truly spotless. I was skeptical (as our water is VERY hard) but now very pleased 🙂 Another feature I am very happy about is the return to non-spray mode when you turn the water off. I also purchased the matching deck plate (could not find on krausoutlet.com) and dishwasher air vent to finish the look. Good purchase!

    The faucet is beautiful. The two spray setting are great! there is one setting for spray which is very strong, the setting is like a power washer; even stronger than the spry. The only criticism I can levy is the normal flow seems a bit slow, but this could be an illusion since there is no aerator in the spout. We love it.
