   I wanted to love this one & we are living with it, but the spout part doesn’t stay in place, it moves without you moving it very easily. Not sure if we have one that’s flawed, but it’s an annoying feature that I do not love.

   I’m here to purchase another soap dispenser as mine quit after 16 months. We soaked the dispenser and replaced the tubing, but it still won’t pump anything thicker than water. I purchased this to coordinate with the Kraus faucet but I’ll select a different brand this time. And what’s with this spout that spins around and has to constantly be moved it back to where I can use it?

   Extremely disappointed. The pump ain’t pumping anymore after 5 months” I cannot even replace it. Next time I will go to Home Depot!

   This is a great quality product, but my wife & I don’t like how freely it spins around. The problem isn’t that it spins 360 degrees, it’s that it spins so easily; like it’s broken or something. I simply wrapped a rubber band around the base of the pump before inserting it, and now the added friction allows it to spin 360 degrees; just not like a loose wheel.

   Before buying, I read many reviews on this dispenser about soap clogging. We decided to keep this Kraus despite the reviews and ordering a few other black dispensers because 1) we liked the spout shape 2) it matched our Kraus sink 3) we wanted black and 4) it was a terrific price. It was installed in Aug 2019 as part of our kitchen reno but I waited until after 7 months of use to write a review to see how it stood up to the test of time & use. We are a family of 4, including 2 teenagers. We home cook so the kitchen is in high use. We use the Costco brand of liquid dish soap to refill. And….IT DOES NOT CLOG and it works perfectly well. If your soap is clogging, try another brand. But for the look, materials, functionality, and price, this dispenser is PERFECT.

    This is a really useful item that you probably didn’t know you needed. Compatible i think with handsoap or dishsoap. It comes with an under-bench reservoir bottle, which would probably need to be refilled once a week, but i extended the tube into a 4L of washing liquid under the sink and the pump action works really well. Better still this unit never drips.
    Highly recommended!

    We’ve had this installed for just over a year now. The black finish has chipped off in multiple spots and it looks horrible. I understand this isn’t an incredibly expensive item, but there’s not much to it, so for the price I’d think we’d get more than a year from it— especially for something that gets built in to expensive countertops!

    This has a 4″ spout which is perfect. When installing a soap dispenser with an undermount sink, the dispenser has to go in back of the sink mounting rim so a longer spout is needed. It’s a crucial measurement or you’ll wind up with soap on the countertop. While it was a chore to remove the old dispenser whose spout had rusted (after 17 years of daily use), the new one was a breeze to install.
