   Product is very attractive. I have installed a few faucets and this one was in very quickly secure and easily.

   Although advertised as commercial use I was a little disappointed in the nozzle I was hoping for a heavier metal type as I had in my pre renovation tap. I like the heftiness and sturdy feel. Aside form that, I really love the look of this product. The feel could improve.

   We are repeat Kraus customers and a very happy with the quality. We would give this 5 stars if 1- the sprayer were metal and 2- there was a magnetic connection to the holder. Our last Kraus faucet had those features and we really liked it that way. I would pay a little more to have those features here, as well. But, this is still a great faucet and we will turn to them again when we get to the bathroom fixtures.

   We received this product and were somewhat disappointed when comparing the actual product to the advertising information. Solid Brass Construction is not at all applicable to the spray hear. The spray
   head is a plastic like material. My wife specifically wanted some of a heavier solid material and this advertisement caught our attention plus also a relative has KRAUS kitchen taps and loves them.
   However, although the tap we purchased looks similar, it is not heavy duty like our relatives.

   Ordered the combo, received just the water filter faucet. Returned it to krausoutlet.com and ordered a replacement, and I got the faucet from a completely different model and colour without water filter faucet.

   Kind of gave up, so I decided to order from Homedepot. In this case it ship directly from Kraus and this time I’ve only received the faucet but not the water filter.

   There is something wrong with the way Kraus managed its inventory for the combo.

   I looked for a new kitchen for far longer than I’m proud of. I wanted stainless and spot resistant. My husband requested a “lunch lady faucet” so that narrowed it down to ya know, 172773 faucets. Anyway. I settled on this one and I’m beyond pleased. I had purchased a high end faucet from a local store originally and touched it once and knew it was going back. This faucet LOOKS and FEELS nicer than the one I purchased that was 2x the price. I love that the temp lever is short Bc we have a window sill behind it. The temp lever goes the opposite direction than our old one (closer to you is hot with the kraus) but that is no big deal. Water pressure is next level. It actually sprays hard enough to blow gunk off your plates and fills the sink in half the time our old faucet did. A plumber installed ours so I can’t speak to ease of install, but it looks beautiful and functions exactly as I hoped. As others have mentioned, the hose can’t just hang in the sink, it has to be in the holder or else it’ll spring up and soak your shirt. This only happened Bc my toddler was playing with it. The water filter faucet is nice, works well and is pretty too. Anyway. If you’re on the fence, buy it, k?

   At first we really liked this faucet set. A few days ago, the piece that holds the sprayer on fell off. By looking at the metal, it looks like it should have been welded better. It sucks because I have only had this installed for less than 6 months. I’m gonna try to put some JB Weld on it to see if it will hold, but I shouldn’t have to. Avoid this faucet if your looking.

    I purchased the faucet/water filter faucet combo two years ago with one of their sinks. It’s sturdy and I love the finish as it is easy to clean and doesn’t show spots, fingerprints, etc. Sink is holding up well too. I did have to have one faucet part replaced in the first year. They sent it promptly and at no charge. Fast forward to year two. I need a new faucet head. This piece of the faucet, as others have noted, is plastic. Why? This part is not holding up and is leaking and the finish is coming off of the plastic. I called for a replacement, which I assumed would be under warranty. Not. Most faucet manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty. Not here. And, if you do need something replaced that is under warranty after year one you will need to provide the original receipt AND pay for shipping (options start at $15 and up). The plastic faucet head is not covered under warranty at all after one year, and I had to pay for it, as well as shipping. $15 and $15. Really?

    Loved this faucet but within a year of normal use the black finish is wearing off on the handle and the spout. I can’t imagine that these faucets are intended to be changed yearly but now I may have to purchase a new different brand because this one is poor quality.

    Adquirí este juego de llaves, la mezcladora mono mando trae una entrada más pequeña a la convencional, pensé que esa parte no era factor para su correcto funcionamiento, sin embargo si se tiene poca presión donde la instalen no funciona correctamente, sale muy limitado el chorro, no la recomiendo

    I did a ton of research on many faucets like these and I’m so glad I went with the Kraus! It’s so nice, the handle feels really nice and sturdy, and it stretches really well. I used to have the kind where the hose went back in the faucet with a magnet so this kind took some getting used to, but we’ve had it 3 or 4 weeks now and I love it! The filter faucet works great. I have nothing bad to say about it! Our plumber installed it so I have no advice on that but he didn’t mention any problems with it.

    Ordered the faucet with the water filter which made the product 100$ more expensive, however all I received was the faucet. Kräus customer service is an absolute nightmare and can’t get in contact with them regarding this order mishap. I am incredibly disappointed, and should have gone to Home Depot. Very shady practices.
