   I’m giving it two stars because it is really beautiful and the install was relatively easy. However, it randomly started leaking from the part where the faucet head swivels. After searching on google we’ve found this is a common problem with no known fix as they don’t sell replacements parts. It hasn’t even been two years since we installed it, and for the price it seems it should last much longer. Up until this I would have recommended it, but less than two years for almost $280? Not worth it in my opinion. **Update** We reached out to the company, and the customer service was 10/10. They sent us a replacement hose and it was at our place within a couple of days. It took us a minute to figure out how to get it in place (there were no instructions), but all in all it wasn’t a difficult fix once we were able to figure out how.

   I really like this faucet, but couldn’t give it more than a three star because as soon as I installed, I noticed the extension hose does not line up with the bracket that holds it in place. Instead of going back in place and sitting snug, it hangs down a little bit and looks flimsy. I’m pretty sure this is a manufacturer defect because I’ve purchased more than one and my other one looks perfect but I’m pretty sure I’m outside of the return window. Otherwise, I do like the no touch nozzle, but admittedly, it’s not used that often.

   This turned out great. It was also an item that said frequently returned. It looks and work great although the touch less feature doesn’t work. Too bad because we paid extra for it. As we understand it, it’s either manual or touch less, not both. But that’s the only downside. Just don’t buy the touch less option. Looks great in the new kitchen

   This Faucet is beautiful and has great water pressure- love the touchless feature, the handle does always have to be in the on position in order to use, as some reviews have mentioned the actual faucet does unclip frequently, not a huge deal but can be annoying.

   This is a very good faucet for the kitchen. Some have reported very low water pressure. I had the same issue. All my faucets have good pressure except for this one. I have 3 kitchen faucets in my house. This is what I did to fix the pressure issue. First I removed the head on the faucet (it screws off) so the water is only coming out of the retractable hose. Next fill a glass with water and measure the time it takes. Then do the same for a good flowing faucet. If the kitchen faucet takes much longer to fill the glass, it’s not the head causing the issue. The issue (in my case) was the filter in the control box. Turn off the shutoff valves (both hot & cold) from the faucet. Next disconnect the control box. The control box has a filter in it. Mine was covered with sediment (I have well water in my house). Take a can of compressed air and blow all the junk out of the filter. Reconnect everything and test out the pressure. Mine improved 3 times better.

    This faucet has not worked properly from day one. The sensor is a pain – it stays on for an arbitrary amount of time and after 2 years I have still not figured out the method. Sometimes you hit the sensor and it stays on for several minutes. And sometimes it stays on for seconds. If you put anything on the left side of the faucet where the sensor it, then the sensor doesn’t work. A little over a year of having it, the faucet started to leak at the sprayer. I reached out to the company and, in fairness, they sent a new replacement sprayer. We replaced it ourselves and it worked okay for about 2 months and then it started spraying erratically. The water pressure has never been good with this faucet. It takes longer than it should to fill up anything. Sometimes I walk away to do something else when I go to fill up my coffee maker and it either times out erratically or keeps filling slowly. There is no force to the spray. We recently threw this in the trash after having it only 2 years and paying $205 for it. Replaced it with a new faucet and now realize just how bad the water pressure was in this Kraus faucet. Would not recommend and due to how bad this product was will stay away from Kraus products in the future. Video shows how bad the flow and the sprayer is and this is about 6 months after replacing it with the new sprayer.

    Excelente diseño (estético) y calidad de materiales y muy fácil instalación, sobre todo el material anti spot con el que está hecho, ya que reduce mucho las manchas de agua en su superficie y la opción del sensor de proximidad para su activación es de mucha utilidad. Como única oportunidad de mejora no se mantiene fija la opción de rocio en la salida, se tiene que mantener oprimido el botón para esta opción mientras se requiera o debe haber mucha presión constante de agua para que se mantenga, ya que por default la salida de agua es un chorro directo.

    Automatic feature stopped working a few months in, then pressure decreased and it does not wash well stuff at the bottom of the sink or if you need to spray pots or pans. Overall very bad quality. I got another Kraus faucet unfortunately and it started leaking from the spray switch button 1 year in also. Better spend your money on more quality products as this brand is not worth it.

    Ordered as a New item. We received the faucet and it was in previously used & returned condition. The box for the faucet was cut open. The packaging was open. The faucet was in the box and the plastic covering that should have been around it was ripped & just stuffed into the box.
    I paid for a NEW item, not used.

    Biggest waste of money. First the sensor stopped working, then every time the hot water was on, it made a very loud whistling sound, then the water pressure got worse, then the balancing weight would fall off. Ended up throwing it out. Don’t waste your money
