Hired a plumber to install and he said it was quality. Looks great and has great pressure. I bought the brushed brass and it matches pretty well with the Chadwick pendant lights. I would buy again. Quick delivery and packaged well! I read reviews for days before ordering. Glad I did!

I loved it and thought it was great, then it broke catastrophically. The plastic hose just detached from the sprayer head, fell back down under the sink and got everything down there wet. This happened 38 days after purchase so I cannot return this poorly designed product. I definitely no longer want anything to do with this brand. It is indescribable how such a prominent failure point can be held together by glue. This rubber hose is just glued and crimped to the plastic spray head. My option now is to spend hours uninstalling and reinstalling faucets and not have a kitchen faucet for several days and lose $250. I am beyond furious. I am exhausted already and have no time for this. Thanks “Krayoos,” which is how you pronounce this in Germany where no one would put an umlaut over the “a” in the word “Kraus.”

This faucet looks good but after only 18 months of normal use, it is leaking at the faucet head and if extended, the head has popped right off causing water to come forcefully out of the hose of the unit. Extremely disappointed in the quality of this product. Will need to buy a replacement.

Redid thr countertops and wanted a commercial style faucet with a sprayer. I bought a return, and after installation it was shooting water everywhere. Contacted the company, registered the product, told them wat the problem was (it was missing a washer), and they sent a new replacement hose. It has the fishing and washer, installed it, and it works like a charm. The stainless handle is truly stainless, it doesn’t thane any water stains or residue. It fits great with new sink and looks real good. And, it’s functional. I was better than the options at the the big box stores and was priced better. I really like it, and the warranty was easy. Customer service was quick. I recommend it.

This particular brand and model and finish are great. It is really sturdy, the water pressure is great, and the rubber nipples for the sprayer are all pointing straight down, which, if you’ve had one of these types of faucets recently, is not to be assumed! I would definitely recommend.
