   Expensive for in less than a year a bottom just broke from the sink pen. Shower spray it’s okay and is nice but otherwise, you can look for better options and more cheaper and better ones.

   Love love LOVE this faucet! I did some seriously and ridiculously extensive research on faucets and always kept coming back to the Kraus brand. All local Home Depot and Lowe’s stores were out of stock with inventory and no replenishments in excess of a week. Found this one on krausoutlet.com and it was here in less than a day and at a price better than at one of our big box stores. It is stunning and extremely functional. The plumber said that this brand has been excellent for all his customers and that made me feel very good with my decision. Water pressure is awesome and just looks amazing. Can’t wait for the back splash to enjoy it all together.

   We purchased this faucet along with a Kraus sink. The faucet lasted 10 months and then the water wouldn’t shut off when you turned the lever. It took 3 weeks of dealing with Kraus to get a replacement. You cannot replace the cartridge’s on this like you can with other brands the whole flippin faucet has to be replaced. We’ve now had this installed 2 months and it broke again. Only way to shut off the water is from under the sink. We are upset and fed up and customer service isn’t open on the weekends. I’m sure it will be another 3 weeks before the part arrives then we have to replace the whole faucet again. I do not recommend this faucet at all.

   Purchased and installed the faucet in 2021. Loved it! Then after about a year it started to “malfunction”in various ways with flow issues. I called customer service and was told that the faucet was still under warranty and a replacement head would be sent out asap but that they were currently back ordered. I was supposed to receive a replacement a month ago. Attempted calling Kraus today and you can now only leave a message or email them. I thought Kraus was a respected company. Apparently not. Will never purchase another product from them again. Faucet and customer service are subpar.
   Update on 1-4-24
   Received a replacement part and my faucet is again working great. Customer service did a 180 and became very responsive. LOVE this faucet. Would rate everything 5+ stars except for my initial bad experience with customer service.

   I really like Kraus products, and this faucet is no exception. It works well and looks great. However, the filter faucet line sticks straight out from the faucet on the pull line. So when you use the faucet’s pull down feature the filter line will hit some anything in its way under the sink. I’ve had the filtered water leak more than once until I put in a 90 degree elbow for the filtered water line and fastened it as shown in my picture. Angling the filtered water line up gets the line out of the way of everything else and I hope Krause includes these parts in the future. I got the 90 degree elbow at Lowe’s. The part is called a 1/4 inch OD push-to-connect 90-degree elbow by SharkBite. Cut a short length of the filter line for the connection into the faucet and hold back the filter line with something like a zip-tie.

   First off the color is a perfect champagne bronze, but just know it’s not like the brushed brass. That is so popular now. I did have it professionally installed so I don’t know about the difficulty of installation. Functionality wise. It works well provides decent pressure my only negative is if that you don’t get the nozzle back into the holder, it will flip up and spray you. The weight that holds down the nozzle seems a bit cheap but we’ll see how it holds up. Overall, it’s a beautiful piece.

   Do not buy if you are connecting to a Reverse Osmosis water system, this product will leak at the connection. This product started leaking after the krausoutlet.com return window closed. I had this Faucet professionally installed by a licensed plumber. I contacted Kraus customer service and they will only exchange the product—they will not refund my money.

    This 2-in-1 faucet is very well crafted. Easy to install with very detailed directions and instructions. It is compatible to my existing Franke filter. At first i was concerned if the 22 inch height can stay stable upright. The lock nut provided held it nice and sturdy and was very easy to install. You will need someone to hold the faucet to make sure its all centered as you tighten the lock nut under the sink. I recommend that you apply a plumbers putty to seal it nice and tught. The pull down nicely snugs back in place. I also bought the matching soap dispenser to replace the old spray hose. Now i have a soap dispenser for dish and hand soap.

    Had a silver one of an older model of this one and upgraded to this one in champagne bronze and let me tell you it is GORGEOUS!!!! And love the upgraded features!! So worth the price!!! My other one was totally fine(my parents ended up taking it to put in their kitchen) but I’m so glad I ended up purchasing the new one and I’m champagne gold! So pretty and not yellow like all of the other companies golds!
