Weve had this almost a year. Its wonderful. It works as advertised. Wave your hand and it turns on. Easily turned off with the handle if you prefer to not use the motion if you have guests and so on. The brains are mounted under the sink and dont take up too much room. We have not had to change the batteries yet. It doesnt spot (we got the spot free) and it has plenty of pressure. Easily pulls down and then goes right back to the stored position. No leaks or any issues. Very good quality and worth the investment.

It’s been a little over year since we installed this item. The touchless sensor started to stop working. Otherwise this faucet quality is great. So what do we do now??

Be aware that the sensor feature is a on or off option. If it’s on, you can only use the fixture using the sensor feature. The mixing valve will not turn the fixture on or off. If you turn the feature off, the water will only turn on with the mixing valve, and the sensor will not work. You can’t have the feature on and use the mixing valve to operate the fixture. You basically have to set the pressure and temperature you want and have the sensor turn it on or off. Once it’s on you can adjust pressure and temperature. We thought this was ann either or feature where you could operate the fixture by the mixing valve or by the sensor. Had we known, we would not have purchased this fixture. Also the sensor can’t “see” black. So if you are wearing black gloves, you have to wave a different colored object in front of the sensor to operate it. Otherwise the pressure is ok, not great, and it installs fairly easily.

I’ve had this for a few months now, looks amazing. Get lots of complements. Great for when your hands are contaminated and you need to turn the water on. Only downside is when guests come over they dont know how the motion detection works, outside of that I love it.
