   I was so sad I love this item and for the price I paid more ,the problem is that it’s supposed to come with the POP UP drain ,item is new but it was missing the pop up drain ;( .

   This faucet is looks modern and sleek. The best thing about it is that the water head is adjustable. So you can make it stream on to the center of your drain. This worked out perfect as I think the sink was a half in off dead center to the predrilled hole in my counter top, when they set the sink up under the countertop.

   We love this faucet. It looks great, works great. The pop-up faucet had some kind of plastic collar used in connecting to the drain, and the plumber ended up tossing it, and using something else and plumber’s putty. But I also love the pop-up faucet. The faucet and pop-up drain, though bought together, came separately.

   I love the look of this faucet! Super easy to install myself. It does show water marks mostly on the silver portion, but super easy to wipe off either while it is still wet or with a damp cloth. I have been using for about 2 months now and no problems. Great water flow.

   After much searching for the perfect faucet to go with the bathroom concrete countertop, we settled on the KRAUS Stainless Steel/Matte Black and Matching Drain. We couldn’t be more pleased with the look and quality of the product, and it looks great with the concrete countertop! We did have to switch out the drain for one without overflow, and I have to say that KRAUS staff were exemplary in their customer service. We now have two sinks and two faucets from KRAUS and love all of their products.

    I bought four. They look fine but lack drain stoppers. Contractor says they leak on the hot side and are fine on the cold side. He told me they are junk–after he had already gone to Lowe’s to get materials to make them functional & installed them. I wish he had told me so I could send them back. They were cheap to buy but expensive to make operational. Two thumbs down.

    I think the design of this sink faucet is great. It’s modern, and the stainless steel color of this sink faucet matches well with the vibrant brushed nickel shower trim I used from Kohler. The faucet is solidly put together, and I like that you can ‘point’ the water where you’d like it to go by simply pushing the aerator (gray thing where the water comes out).

    One thing to note is the pop-up drain–it’s meant for sinks with overflow valves. Since my sink doesn’t have one, this pop-up drain didn’t fit and now I’m stuck with a pop-up drain that I can’t return since it was a package deal.
