   We have an uberhaus faucet which got stuck in spray mode. We chose a Kraus replacement spray head because we have a Kraus sink and it’s fantastic. This product cost more than the other options but we’ve been really happy with the quality. The rocker button is a better design than the one we had that needed to click into place. It looks great and fit perfectly. We’re really happy with the product so far.

   After checking with the Tuscany for a replacement Sprayer, I found this one on krausoutlet.com. It is a perfect match for the Tuscany Coil Pull-down Potfiller!
   The original gasket was a cupped neoprene gasket, and after a few years it was damaged. Some of the nozzles were plugged and cleaning the scale and buildup did not help with the erratic spray.
   The new sprayer works perfectly, and if I need a replacement gasket a standard replacement is available at any hardware or home improvement store!

   [UPDATE 2020.06.19] I reached out to Kraus to have it replaced. I received a new one within two weeks… plus they gave me a bonus one. I would recommend holding onto the “batch code” sticker from the box (see the attached image) to avoid any unnecessary back-and-forth. I’ve updated this review from 2 stars to 3 for the decent support. If this next one breaks, I’ll update again. [ORIGINAL REVIEW] I was very happy with the faucet…until the spray-switch broke…after only 4 months. Super disappointing. I would not consider it to have been heavily used. On a side note, my faucet water can get very very hot; I’m wondering if that contributed to the failure. hmmm

   This is a great replacement for a broken faucet, but I’m a little annoyed that I have to replace this piece at least every six months or so. Don’t know if my house mates are rough with this, or its a design defect. What keeps breaking is the little button used to switching between stream and shower on the faucet.

    We needed to replace our one year old Kraus sprayer KP12002 in spot-free stainless steel because the sprayer button broke. This sprayer is not the “spot free” finish, but as close as we were going to get. I like how it just screws right on. I am not sure if I needed to add the washer or not because when I did, the spray would not screw all of the way on. The water is running fine and powerful without it. There wasn’t one on with the old one so I figured it was fine. I attached images for comparison of the finish. New sprayer attached to hose in stainless steel. Slightly shinier, but it could be because it’s new. I gave it a 4-star because of no instructions for the washer, and because it’s lightweight and feels like plastic. The price is fair, but I would have paid more for it to be metal.

    Cheap plastic button broke on the original, bought this as a replacement, cheap plastic button broke again within a month or 2. Sucks that I have no recourse other than buying another one. It looks like they make one with a different style button, both that broke had a thin oval button, I’m hoping this one is made better, reading other reviews, it’s definitely a manufacturing or design flaw This one in picture has a more rectangular button.

    I have a Kraus kitchen faucet. We have so much Iron in our water even with an iron screen and softener the head of it needed to be replaced. I took a chance ordering this not knowing if all faucet heads fit universally. This fits perfectly and has great water pressure.

    The button always breaks. I foolishly bought a second one after the first one broke. Not buying again as the second one just broke.
    I will buy cheaper ones at half the price because I don’t think any others can be worse.

    I have a KRAUS Faucet Model #: KPF-1670SFS that unfortunately does not have a spray head alternative like the other models. This alternative from their brand does the job but it doesn’t sit snug with the faucet. The original spray head, the buttons did not work so the water would go all over the place. Anyways, the point was for it to just work with the 2 options as you can see in the video.
