This is THE one. We bought another soap dispenser about a year ago from krausoutlet.com that had high ratings and said it was the best selling dispenser from krausoutlet.com. It was plastic, cheap and we had nothing but problems. This one is as described, all solid brass – plated and works beautifully …. ALL the time. You get what you pay for. Love this one HATED the other one that never really worked …. even after contacting the manufacturer.

We were looking for a high quality replacement for the cheaper plastic one that never quite worked right. This one fit the bill, quality construction and function, and while not matched to our faucet, it goes well with it. Note, this is not a dispenser that shoots soap into the middle of the sink, but rather drops it on your sponge or plate-less wasteful. Could not be happier with it.
