I ordered 2 of these for my kitchen remodel. I also ordered Kraus faucets which are spectacular. The soap dispensers are well-made and have large volume bottles, minimizing how often you have to fill with soap. In the instillation process, “someone” lost one of the straws that inserts into the soap reservoir. I contacted the manufacturer and within 2 days I had a whole new unit (not just the straw that I asked for). Needless to say, I highly recommend this product and anything made by Kraus.

I bought this soap dispenser to match my kitchen faucet. It looks great, and it was very easy to install. It stays snug on the counter mount and dispenses just enough soap. The only negative I have is that there occasionally is a drop of soap buildup under the opening.

This one was installed on the kitchen sink. My water is hard, so I wanted it to be stain resistant and it is! If water drops dry on it, wipe it with a wet cloth or paper, and the water marks will disappear! I had it for more than a year now, and it looks new.

I have installed four of these units in my home in the past few years. I would give it 5 stars but I have had to replace the soap bottle on two of them due to them breaking at the stem and the soap flooding the cabinet underneath. Great space saver and I don’t want to discourage anyone from buying but it would be wise to check on the soap bottle a few times a year to make sure it’s still intact and shows no signs of breakage at the stem (just below the threads).
