It’s a beautiful tap. Easy to install and it doesn’t leak or malfunction. The weight to retract the nozzle is great. It’s easy to clean and everything feels very smooth and nice. My only criticism is that for the price, the housing of the retractable/pull out nozzle shouldn’t be plastic and instead be the same metal as the main tap. I had some issues registering the warranty on the website but the customer service department was able to help no problem. Thanks Kraus!

Sensor works well but my complaint is that when you turn it to spray, it won’t switch back to regular running water. You have to mess with it by pulling it all the way down and return it multiple times to get it to stop spraying part way. It very annoying.

Old faucet became corroded from leaks and hard water issues. Decided to upgrade to a touch feature and have been happy thus far. Installed it myself in about 35 minutes; counting a few for getting the old one off. You can hear the “CLICK” when the control box kicks water flow on; subtle and might be since nothing is under the sink to absorb the sound. There is a little getting used to the timing and touch sensitivity; runs 1-2 seconds after light shuts off (no biggy). Swivels nicely, good flow and pressure, no leaks yet as others have mentioned – read and follow the instructions with their suggestions. I used pipe tape and clear sealant that is only suggested, but its plumbing 101.

Nice looking faucet but does not function properly after a few months. Touch function went out first on this, then the entire controller. Kraus did replace it but the new one stopped working in less than 4 months. Kraus did send a replacement for a $20 fee. The faucet will not work without the controller! Not worth not being able to use your sink until the new part comes in every few months.
The spray function also gets stuck between stream and spray constantly as well.

I actually had a small leak where a quick connector joins the control box. I contacted Krause customer support and they reacted instantly with replacement parts. Truly exceptional customer service!
