Just installed this, went to turn on the water and the hot water side has zero pressure. Cartridge is fried right from the factory. Do not buy this product. Terrible quality control.

Cons:
1. pull down is kept in place by the counter weight, so if it droops down move the counter weight higher on the hose.
2. hot water needs to be tighten quite a bit to seal ( feels like i’m breaking it ), also if you break the line the whole faucet is broken since the hot and cold are built into the faucet.
Pro:
1. Easiest faucet and drinking faucet install (ignoring the amount of space you have to work with).
2. looks neutral but clean.
3. smooth articulation.
Note: does not come with a 3/8 tee so go to your local hardware store if you don’t have a dedicated drinking faucet line.

I just loved the look and design of this faucet combo.
After only 1 year the most outer layer-maybe a clear lacquer?- bubble, corrode and started pealing. I don’t use abrasives or any harsh cleaning products not recommend. I expect faucets at this brand and price point to last 5 -10 years. Even though they ar pretty,mi won’t be wasting my money on these again. Make quality products!

When we opened the box, water jumped out of faucet tubes. Seemed was used or so.

We love the look of this faucet. The reach of the detachable hose is perfect and the water reaches the full width and length of our large sink. The only downside is the lever that you turn it on and off with is hard to put on without it coming out hard and splashing everywhere. It definitely takes time to get the feel of it.

It looks great, no finger prints, it works wonderfully. The set is just great. I could not be happier. Strong water flow in both settings. The head moves easily up and down and back to its original place. It is expensive and even more expensive to have someone install it, which has nothing to do with the unit. Plumbers are just expensive. I tried a to do this myself but thought better of it.
