   I purchased this Krause faucet, and I’m quite disappointed. Few weeks out of the box, the control box didn’t work. It would not turn on and off with motion or be extremely delayed. after contacting customer service, they sent a replacement that also failed to function a few weeks later.

   Since I’m not handy, I had to pay someone twice to install it, which added to my frustration. I regret my purchase and wouldn’t recommend the Krause faucet to others.

   Love the look of the faucet. Unfortunately the sensor to turn the faucet off has stopped working, even after replacing the batteries.
   Note to anyone considering touchless faucet— get a hard wired sensor, NOT battery operated. I had no idea of the difference and wish I would’ve known.

   I’m loving my new touchless faucet! It’s so convenient, and my favorite part is the pull-down spray head with its extended range of motion. Now I can easily reach every corner of my sink. Definitely a game-changer!

   I’d had a tap faucet prior but it loosened up and was annoying.

   When we put in the countertops we switched to this. I love it!

   Messy hands while cooking, no worries about spreading germs or anything. With a touchless soap dispenser next ti this I can easily wash hands after handling meat ir with flour on my hands.

   Great quality and price is way
   Cheaper than a local store would be especially with the motion center. It comes in handy when you are touching meat/sticky hands from dough easy as waving your hand on sensor. No issues and the cradle for the wand is built great. Not sure why some are complaining of small cradle and it won’t catch? And I am not sure how another reviewer broke the knob off of the faucet it is well built.

    I purchased this product less than two years ago. The paint has chipped off and there is now a leak coming out of the side. This seemed like a great deal but I ended up having to replace. This is not worth the money.
