We have had two other Kraus soap dispensers in the past and they were fine. This one for whatever reason were you press down to dispense the soap is extremely loose and can respond in a 360 degree circle extremely easy.

the dispenser worked for about a week before becoming entirely useless. The head does not return to its original position when pumped, meaning that you get one crappy squirt of soap before having to manually remove the head, pull it back to its starting position, and re-set it in the soap bottle. Terrible product.

I’ve ordered 4 of these. The satin nickel looks great. I put 2 in the kitchen and 2 in the bathroom. No more soap dispensers on the granite. They are easy to install and to refill.

Use this at the kitchen sink to wash hands after handling meats or other thing that get your hands messy. I like the fast that it matches the faucet I have now. It was a little pricing. I would shop around next time to get a better price.
