The shelf sags after a few weeks with towels stacked on it. The hardware is tight on the wall but the small contact area between shelf and wall causes the drywall to compress a bit on the bottom of the mounting hole and the shelf to sag. Now that this is up and removing it would result in leaving holes in my wallpapered wall, the only solution was to add small shelf brackets to support the shelf.
Well made but a poor design.
