Ordered the faucet with the water filter which made the product 100$ more expensive, however all I received was the faucet. Kräus customer service is an absolute nightmare and can’t get in contact with them regarding this order mishap. I am incredibly disappointed, and should have gone to Home Depot. Very shady practices.

LOVE this faucet..!!! Bought to replace shiny chrome faucet (required CONSTANT wiping to look clean), it looks PERFECT in our kitchen and works flawlessly. It did come with a "water limiter" in the line, but that wasn't difficult to remove. GREAT value for the money. Sprayer is truly functional and easy to engage / disengage. Easier than most kitchen faucets we've had to install. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a replacement kitchen faucet.
This faucet is nearly perfect. High quality. Easy install on a new sink. The only negative thing I’d say is if you don’t turn the pressure down some, it sprays all around the sink , counters and you. Very powerful. Gets the job done
To Kraus' credit, they are sending a new drain to me. But the cap looks like it's just glued on. The sink itself is very nice.
The sink came well protected in packaging. Box was damaged, but there was no damage to the sink. It matches so well with my newly remodeled bathroom. Great value!
I have had a Kraus filter system for about a year and a half and I have changed the filters a couple of times without issue. However, with this new cartridge purchase, the filter bars indicating whether the filter is full only had four bars i.e., 50-75% capacity not five filled in i.e., 100% capacity, as per their instruction manual. I reset it twice with the same result and then I called Kraus customer service. I reset it again while the rep was on the phone he said that it was “probably fine” and asked me to send pictures. He responded with a picture of four bars filled in from their “old” instruction manual and said that it was fine and said that the cartridge should function fjne. I told him that my issue was not regarding functionality but rather capacity of the cartridges. It seems as if Kraus is sending out partially full cartridges and charges for full ones. The whole thing just left me frustrated and I will be returning for full cartridges.
We have been looking for a colander for our workstation sink and finding the right size has been quite the challenge. After lots of trial and errors we found this Kraus colander fits just about right. It is a tad bit small but it won’t fall off the ledge and feels very sturdy. Could not be happier.
So I didn't know what to expect, but I could not find a sink this sizein the big box stores. It arrived packaged well and was easy enough to install. I recommend 2 people to make sure it's lined up nicely. First off I was surprised to see that not only did it have sound deadening pads along the bottom and sides, but it was also coated in a rubber like material all around the underside. Nothing in the blue or orange big box stores was this nice. There is no metal clanging sound in this sink. So maybe my kids will be quieter when doing dishes now.
Received in Puerto Rico. All perfect. Recomended.
Beautiful sink. Was excited for this to be the center piece of our island renovation. Issues: Drainage: the bottom of the sink is too flat, so the water doesn't drain out. This should be a basic function of a sink. Splashing: the half wall design seems like it adds functional flexibility, but all it does is allow water to splash onto the side full of drying dishes. We wish we would have bought the full height divider. Cutting board: The set-in cutting board is a nice idea, but the counter installers told us not to use it there because it's the perfect location to slice into our quartz counter, leaving permanent damage. The roll back drying rack is excellently designed, and is the highlight of this sink.

Beautiful sink. Highly recommend. The pop up drain arrived broken, I called Kraus customer service and they sent me a new one at no charge.
