  • I’ve spent so much time looking at faucets that it’s all become a blur. I found myself gravitating back to the Kraus brand faucets considering the price point and overall ascetic. I finally pulled the trigger and the faucet arrived today. Right away I was impressed by the quality of the packaging. The box looked nice with the items well protected and parts laid out well for assembly. Looking at the box, I literally thought to myself that it would be interesting to write a review when I finished. The worst part of this project was removing the old faucet. With limited visibility under my sink and understanding of how the old Kohler was initially assembled, the new faucet was simple to piece together by comparison. The only thing I would caution is that the diagram wasn’t very clear on the correct location of the rubber washer- Which I discovered goes on the underside of the counter, not the top, FYI. With the old faucet removed, the total install was completed in just a few minutes with no leaks or problems to report. So far I’m really happy with my purchase and looking forward to showing it off (as nerdy as that may sound). This faucet feels just as premium as some of the high-end fixtures in other parts my home. I’d definitely recommend this brand so far.

  • Amé la profundidad! de buena calidad! 🤍

  • Garbage. White water marks everywhere all the time. Clean them? Back in 2 days. My delta shower does not do that.

  • Another great kraus product. I purchased two of these for our bathroom. I had originally installed two round ones (not Kraus brand) I had purchased from Home Depot and one had developed fine cracks. Naturally, Home Depot no longer carried them so I could not replace the one sink. I did find one that appeared to be the same as the Home Depot one on krausoutlet.com but decided I did not want to take a chance on it not being the same or suffering the same poor quality. Finding replacement sinks turned out to be quite a challenge as I had a fixed amount of space in which to install it since the faucets were already installed in the grant counter tops and I could not move them without drilling new holes and trying to cover the existing holes with a sink. This sink fit just perfectly into the space I had so I ordered two. I am very pleased with them and they worked out very well in my bathroom.

  • Fantastic kitchen faucet! Both the normal and spray features work great and the finish matches all the rest of my Champaign kitchen.

  • Loved this faucet but within a year of normal use the black finish is wearing off on the handle and the spout. I can’t imagine that these faucets are intended to be changed yearly but now I may have to purchase a new different brand because this one is poor quality.

  • I ordered this when we changed out my kitchen sink and faucet. The old water filter faucet made the kitchen look old and worn. This brightened it up when installed with the new sink and faucet. It's sturdy and well designed. Its also easy to keep clean!

This is one of the nicest vessel sinks that have seen. I’ve been many places looking for black glass but at best I could only find a dark grey. I really wanted a dark black glass sink not a black opaque sink. Then lo and behold I came across this Kraus black glass sink. I placed the order and it arrived quickly with no damage. The sink was packaged very well. It is heavy and looks great in my newly remodeled guest bathroom. Major complaint… Website description states that this vessel sink is a 14 inch when it is actually a 16.5 inch. There are two Kraus Vessel sinks that say 14 inch but once I went to the product description on each sink, I noticed that one says 14 inch and the other one says 16.5 inches. The website description needs to be corrected so that customers do not purchase the 14 inch sink and they actually receive the 16.5 inch. Thankfully I didn’t have this issue because I always check the product description before ordering and that’s where I noticed the discrepancy. The description also states that all mounting hardware is included which is NOT the case. I had to purchase the black vessel sink ring from another seller. I have 2 other vessel sinks so I was aware that a vessel sink ring was needed but nowhere on the website does it mention that. Hopefully the seller will correct the website descriptions so that the customers won’t be disappointed when they receive their merchandise. Kraus products are quality products and I would highly recommend this vessel sink!!

[UPDATE 2020.06.19] I reached out to Kraus to have it replaced. I received a new one within two weeks... plus they gave me a bonus one. I would recommend holding onto the "batch code" sticker from the box (see the attached image) to avoid any unnecessary back-and-forth. I've updated this review from 2 stars to 3 for the decent support. If this next one breaks, I'll update again. [ORIGINAL REVIEW] I was very happy with the faucet...until the spray-switch broke...after only 4 months. Super disappointing. I would not consider it to have been heavily used. On a side note, my faucet water can get very very hot; I'm wondering if that contributed to the failure. hmmm

  • I installed this sink after replacing the vanity top in my upstairs bathroom. It installed very easily, needing nothing more than the proper size hole and some silicone under it to hold it in place. It is high quality, well finished, nicely weighted, and looks great. Came well packaged, also. Definitely would recommend, especially if you like the idea of a vessel sink, but want an overflow and aren't too keen on the more exotic vessel sinks.

  • This KRAUS Torak Pull Down Kitchen Faucet is a really stunning functional feature for one's kitchen. I appreciate the spot free finish, especially for something that gets handled all the time and often with water soaked hands. The two tone color of the soft brushed brass against the matte black looks sleek and elegant. The black coil spring that houses the faucet line gives this kitchen faucet a bit of an industrial vibe. I agree with another reviewer suggesting a magnet in the faucet head to improve the quickness of it's return to stand. Regardless, this is a well functioning, easy installation faucet. The coin slot aerator is a plus for water pressure, as well as an easy fix for a part that is often first to fail with use. The soft rubber nozzle parts are easy to clean and seem to resist gritty build up. I expect many years of use for the quality.

  • Looks nice. Throw the directions away. We had to make the sink counter top hole the size of our pop-up drain piece, not the 5 inches stated on the directions.

  • Faucet is great but and a huge but, a major piece is missing from the push connector. Make sure you buy rubber rings for the part that screws onto the actual faucet so the part is actually usable. Without the rubber ring that goes into the connector, water will leak EVERYWHERE. Feel like this is a huge oversight on the side of the company considering the price for this faucet.

  • Purchased this sink because it matched the Undermount Single Bowl we bought for our kitchen remodel. Great quality and nice looking sink. The installers had no trouble with installation. Only had it two weeks, but it so much nicer looking than the white sink we had.
