Well, the plastic straw had a crack in it when it arrived, but I patched it with tape and it works fine. Five years in, it still works. The chrome has worn away in a few spots, but it was far less $$ than the plumbing supply store, so generally it was worth it!

Very nice modern faucet with steady or shower stream and removable head. I think because it is slim the power or force of the water is improved. Works perfectly and good value for the price.

This sink is absolutely gorgeous. The colours matched exactly as hoped based on the online photos and descriptions. The pattern looks elegant and classy, not cheap. The quality of the bowl is excellent, very thick, heavy, quality material and smooth finish. I have this in my guest bathroom and almost everyone who comes out of there says something about how much they love the sink. My mother even asked for the link on krausoutlet.com and is planning to get one for her bathroom renovation. This sink also came with very good packaging (we had to have it shipped all the way to the Bahamas with a freight forwarding company and there was no damage at all). The instructions were easy to follow and the assembly was very basic and simple. Definitely you can buy this sink with no hesitation at all.

Purchased when we started doing our kitchen over, the plumber was finally here today to finish up small details, went to install this soap dispenser and said something was broken and/or missing. Now he is unable to install and we need to purchase a new one because the return time-frame has already closed for this purchase. Can replacement parts be sent?

Kraus KFS-1MB Dual Function Kitchen Faucet Sprayer purchased Dec 17 2023 from krausoutlet.com, broke in less than 1 y. The button that allows switching from jet to spray broke off last night. The original Krause faucet sprayer lasted 3 years but the black tinting came off, hence I looked for this replacement but poor quality.

It was difficult (and expensive) to install the faucet, and it started leaking immediately. It was brand new ‎FF-102SFS.

This is a solid, high quality pump. Smooth pumping, looks great and feels high quality.
