I’ve had this faucet for about a month now and I am really loving it. It’s lovely to look at and it works perfectly. I do wipe it constantly so I don’t get water marks. I’d say it was a great value!! I would definitely recommend!!
I really love how beautiful this sink is! Pros: Large enough to clean biggest pots and pans; the rack keeps things from sitting directly on the stainless steel preventing stains or rust; cutout for soap dispenser (purchase separately); lays flat next to tile countertop; sprayer has two types of spray; warranty was lifetime I believe. Cons: When they say use a soft cloth to clean sink - use a soft cloth !!!! It’s hard to capture in the photo bc the steel is reflecting what’s around it but I put scratches in the stainless steel right away by not heeding this advice. I am now using a cloth diaper to clean it. Do Not Use Microfiber!!! Care: Manufacturer suggest Bio-clean to clean sink (got on krausoutlet.com). Can use a light bleach solution once a week to sterilize and rinse a lot. The plumber also installed a garbage disposer for us and it was all done in 2 hours. Hope this helps you decide!
This item looks good, the 2-in-1 separate filter line is useful, and installation was straightforward. Unfortunately after 18 months, the faucet started leaking from inside the metal housing. Even when the faucet was turned off, water would leak slowly from inside the housing, down the line, and dripped over a few days. It ended up ruining my cabinet and the drywall on the ceiling of the floor below. The manufacturer, Kraus, claims a "lifetime limited warranty", but within the warranty text, the faucet hardware is only covered from defects for 1 year and 5 years, with more limits. After 1 year, they will also charge you for shipping the defective item back to them. I understand that I should have read the warranty terms in more detail before purchasing the item. However, I didn't expect a kitchen faucet to fail within such a short time frame, given how expensive it was. I also take issue with companies that try extract shipping fees from their customers when their products are defective and under warranty. Since I wasn't interested in paying for shipping to have a defective item repaired, and no longer trusted the manufacturer, I asked about return options. The agent condescendingly answered, "honey, we're the manufacturer, you'll have to call krausoutlet.com about that" and abruptly ended the conversation. I understand that defective items will occur from time to time. However, I do expect that companies stand by their products and provide support for their customers when it happens. Unfortunately Kraus is not one of those companies and I had to go through krausoutlet.com to get help with this situation. I'm sure most people who have bought this product have a faucet that's working fine. However, in the off chance that you get a defective unit, just know that Kraus will not be helpful. You're better off buying from another company for the same price range.
Really finished my island and great conversation piece
We were on a very tight budget with our recent kitchen remodel so a new sink/faucet was not an option. But once our granite was installed we knew the old sink wasn’t going to cut it and I couldn’t be happier we changed our minds. This sink is like jewelry for our kitchen! It’s absolutely gorgeous ! The single basin is so much more functional that a split basin and so much better looking. You can’t go wrong with this Krauss sink and faucet, amazing looks, function and value!
I've been using my new sink for a few weeks, and while I absolutely LOVE the look of the sink and the drying rack & cutting board features, I don't like that there's always standing water around the drain. There appears to be a slightly raised lip around the drain that prevents water from draining properly. Water also stands in spots on the side opposite the drain, so I feel that there is a flaw in the design of the angle of the bottom of the sink. I've never had this issue before, so it never would have occurred to me to test the drainage prior to installation. This might be something you want to do before your installation if you purchase this sink. Let me add that Kraus' customer service was excellent when my first sink arrived with a slight crack. A replacement was sent immediately with absolutely zero hassle.
This sink is absolutely gorgeous. The colours matched exactly as hoped based on the online photos and descriptions. The pattern looks elegant and classy, not cheap. The quality of the bowl is excellent, very thick, heavy, quality material and smooth finish. I have this in my guest bathroom and almost everyone who comes out of there says something about how much they love the sink. My mother even asked for the link on krausoutlet.com and is planning to get one for her bathroom renovation. This sink also came with very good packaging (we had to have it shipped all the way to the Bahamas with a freight forwarding company and there was no damage at all). The instructions were easy to follow and the assembly was very basic and simple. Definitely you can buy this sink with no hesitation at all.

Very solid sinks. No hardware, o-ring or seal. Love the flat bottom which helps support the connection to the plumbing. Problem with the previous sinks was we were cleaning them too aggressively and snapped the plumbing connector.
I installed this shelf in a small shower and didn’t want it to get in the way of an elbow, so I hung it high. I also turned it upside down so I could hang a wash cloth or an S-hook off the bottom. Super easy to install vs some others that require you to remove grout first. Looks great!
Well made and functions great now 4 years later. The only issue was the rubber washer dried out and broke causing the pop-up drain cover to no longer hold water. When I called customer support asking about where I could locate a replacement washer. I expected to be told that it was out of warranty and I could buy it from xxxxx. To my surprise Brian asked me for my email address so he could send me a request for information about the order and a picture of the problem. I sent him a copy of the invoice and a picture showing the cracked rubber washer. He responded with they were sorry for my inconvenience and that he was shipping me a replacement pop-up drain not just a washer. I imagine that the washer was not available by itself. This was a most pleasant experience and I'll certainly remember this company when it comes to bathroom fixtures.
I don't hate my bathroom anymore! I replaced my old sinks, faucets, countertop using these sleek beauties and it only took my installers a couple of hours from start to finish! They cut the openings for the sinks & faucets after they arrived - It was easy to get it right with the template (included with the sink) and simple on-the-job check for accuracy. I had already painted the cabinet, replaced the hardware and put in new LED light fixtures so I'm happy with the results! The sinks are easy to clean and visually they don't overpower the space. I'm not crazy about the stoppers, but seldom use them so it's not a big deal for me. I'm very happy with this purchase.

It is well-made with excellent quality, easy to install, and features a highly flexible faucet head. A great improvement would be adding a magnet to the head, which would provide extra stability alongside the existing weighted attachment. This would make it even more convenient to use. Overall, I really like it—it has a beautiful and stylish design.
