  • Whether you’re upgrading individual components or doing a full remodel, this faucet is the Thee One. I saw this featured on Hannah’s Happy Home and it was the first time I’ve been excited to look for a faucet. It’s simply stunning and feels incredibly well made. Installation was the most straight-forward for any faucet I’ve installed, just a Phillips bit or screwdriver needed. Took us 90 minutes, which included removing the old faucet and drilling two new holes in the countertop to accommodate this design, as well as replacing the aerator. Water pressure is amazing, and temperature control is so accurate with hot & cold handles. We also upgraded our pans to a new set of ceramic and find ourselves washing them by hand because this faucet is a joy to use. Came well packaged. I have nothing but good things to say about this; we are now a Kraus house!! Make sure to purchase the matching aerator for your dishwasher! Disclaimer: I did purchase an open box version, but this faucet is the business at regular price IMHO. Everything was wrapped in plastic and in the original cardboard structure. This is designer hardware for your kitchen at affordable, accessible prices.

I’m pretty disappointed in this. For the price and name, I expected better. The black handles do not stay on…at all. It’s not even worth trying to attach them. Therefore, I use it without the black handles, which means I’m nervous about this scratching my sink. There is also no pitch to the bottom, so a lot of water stays behind. I’m bummed, I wanted this to work and find myself not using it.

  • Simple, plain, white. Works well with farmhouse style. Shipped fast, packaged very well, no damage, easy replacement install. Very pleased with purchase. Thank you! Paired with a BWE oil rubbed bronze waterfall faucet with long reach spout from krausoutlet.com- also very nice.

    Waste of money

  • This is the first time using a composite sink. I am glad I went this direction. The grey color matches my cabinets perfectly , and I am looking forward to utilizing the work station. Definitely gives the kitchen a little more character

  • It was very easy to install and they looks fantastic in my new bathroom.

  • We love this faucet. It looks great, works great. The pop-up faucet had some kind of plastic collar used in connecting to the drain, and the plumber ended up tossing it, and using something else and plumber's putty. But I also love the pop-up faucet. The faucet and pop-up drain, though bought together, came separately.

  • Beautiful color, not a cheesy gold. Water pressure is average. Easy to install. Powerful spray capability.

  • A great sink if you like the look of a vessel sink, but also want it to have an overflow. We had this installed in a kid's bathroom to reduce the chances of our home being flooded if the sink was left on & drain stop was engaged. I also like that it doesn’t completely take up the counter space. There is still plenty of room to place things like make-up/toiletries while getting ready.

  • I don't hate my bathroom anymore! I replaced my old sinks, faucets, countertop using these sleek beauties and it only took my installers a couple of hours from start to finish! They cut the openings for the sinks & faucets after they arrived - It was easy to get it right with the template (included with the sink) and simple on-the-job check for accuracy. I had already painted the cabinet, replaced the hardware and put in new LED light fixtures so I'm happy with the results! The sinks are easy to clean and visually they don't overpower the space. I'm not crazy about the stoppers, but seldom use them so it's not a big deal for me. I'm very happy with this purchase.

  • Old faucet became corroded from leaks and hard water issues. Decided to upgrade to a touch feature and have been happy thus far. Installed it myself in about 35 minutes; counting a few for getting the old one off. You can hear the "CLICK" when the control box kicks water flow on; subtle and might be since nothing is under the sink to absorb the sound. There is a little getting used to the timing and touch sensitivity; runs 1-2 seconds after light shuts off (no biggy). Swivels nicely, good flow and pressure, no leaks yet as others have mentioned - read and follow the instructions with their suggestions. I used pipe tape and clear sealant that is only suggested, but its plumbing 101.

This colander is a whole another level. It recesses perfectly into the sink. It's super elegant. I love that it's shallow so it doesn't lower your working surface too much.

  • I have had this sink installed for a little over a year and it developed a bad crack in it. I wasn't too upset at first because Kraus claims to have a limited lifetime warranty. Come to find out, that limited part means you won't be covered. I have been going back and forth with their customer service team for weeks now trying to get this resolved, but they refuse to escalate the issue and I've only been told they would give me 20% off a new sink... so maybe I can get one that doesn't crack next time (no thanks). When I sent pictures in, they first blamed the installation of a safety wire that was used while the rim mount brackets cured. After I sent pictures showing the wire support wasn't even tight, they backtracked and said because I didn't use THEIR brackets that my warranty was voided. I tried to explain there were not any brackets in the sink and I had to purchase the same kind of mounting brackets from Lowe's. They THEN come back and say those still void the warranty because they weren't their style. When I inquired about the difference, they stated that their brackets drill into countertop as opposed to using epoxy--keep in mind this is how the bracket attaches to the counter top, they are EXACTLY the same with how they attach and hold the sink. After some more reading on reddit and the internet, it appears this is a common issue with Kraus and they refuse to honor their warranty. I suspect if my brackets were their brand, the next reason they wouldn't honor their warranty is because I have a garbage disposal attached (several people online ran into this excuse when their sink cracked.) Moral of the story, don't buy Kraus, buy from a reputable manufacturer that honors their warranty.

  • This is a beautiful high end faucet for the price of a run of the mill big box fixture! It works effortlessly too. Couldn’t be happier !

We really like the Kraus matte black toilet paper holder. It is very modern with clean lines and great quality. However, I wish it didn't say "Kraus" on the holder. It is embedded in white on the holder and cannot be removed. The product picture does not show that. You cannot turn it upside down because that is where the screw it.
