Okay, this sink is stunning and we lucked out with ordering it on a fantastic deal! My husband and I moved into a 1970s home that wasn’t very well maintained, so we’ve been slowly renovating, primarily the kitchen from floor to ceiling. This sink works beautifully and looks soooo sleek, it’s more beautiful than anything we could find locally at Lowe’s or Home Depot, so for that it gets five stars. BUUUUT… we had to make a couple changes to the installation (if you’re handy, this will be worth it for this sink—but if you’re not, you’ll be beyond frustrated). My husband learned that 1. The clips that hold the sink were so wide that they sat on top of our cabinets, making a 1-inch gap between counter and cabinet; and 2. He noticed that the included anchors weren’t very secure and pulled out of our butcher block top with little force. To fix this, we drilled about 10 holes around the edge of the sink so we could basically rivet it into the countertop. While it was a bit of a hassle, it’s not going anywhere now, haha it’s VERY secure. I do wish Kraus would rethink their hardware on this, but I honestly couldn’t be happier to have this sink! Absolutely love it!!
I have now had this faucet for one year. I have had no issues with it at all. Performs great. No leaks or problems with installation. The hose retracts nicely. I love the curve to it and how pretty it is. The handle is perfect as there is a window sill that is right behind it but the handle doesn't bump it as it ends in the vertical position. I love my large black sink and this faucet goes perfectly with it. The only thing I would change is how the toggle function works to change it to spray. A previous faucet I had would go back to the normal stream once the faucet was turned off. This toggle stays in the spray position even after the water is turned off. My husband forgets to toggle back to the normal stream and I have gotten spritz with water that bounces from the high stream of the spray. Some people might like that it stays on spray but I would prefer it "reset" to the normal stream once the water is turned off. Otherwise this faucet is perfect, great buy!
We just bought and installed this faucet yesterday. It looks amazing and feels heavy and durable. The only part that doesn't seem like it would be durable, is the button. Its plastic and sounds cheap when you click in on. Other than that, we are super happy with our choice.
I've had this sink installed for 2.5 years now. We love it. The rounded corners make it painless to clean. It has a LOT of scratches now, but no dings or dents with porcelain and ceramic plates being thrown in by kids daily. It is heavy duty for sure. We have very hard water and often the sink has water sitting in it. We have not had any issues with water spots and ZERO rust. The nice drain cover doesn't really get used anymore. It has these plastic screws that ended up lost a LONG time ago. Besides that tiny issue I am extremely pleased that we chose this sink. ------------------- Ordered this for our kitchen remodel. I was hesitant at first because of complaints out water spots. Are there spots? Of course. Honestly I'm not sure what people are uptight about. It is a sink, not an art piece. This thing looks great and performs it's job perfectly. It is a great divergence from the popular boxy sinks.
I was very disappointed to learn that this faucet is made in China. I thought I had done enough research to be confident that it was not. It wasn't until after we installed it that I discovered this was the case. The faucet works nicely with our set up and was fairly easy to install. The set screws made the securing of the faucet a breeze. This brand of faucet also has an installation that is done completely from above (less the hoses), but this model didn't have that feature.
Installed ourselves. Using it for about a week. Works REALLY well with our G3P600 Waterdrop RO filtration system. Unlike the VERY expensive brand name faucet we originally purchased, installed, and now can't return.
Stopped working after 3 months. Buying another one to check this one, even rinsed the whole thing and it didnt work.
We remodeled our house in Colorado about 10 years ago and purchased this sink and loved it. We have recently moved to Arizona and built a home and purchased this sink again! Being stainless steel, it is bomb-proof. No stains, cleans so easily, and so shiny! It is deep enough to hold a soup pot. The rack can easily be lifted out if you need to. It drains perfectly and quickly, no residual water in the bottom of the sink. When I need a small sink of water (this sink holds lots of water!), I just add a plastic tub and wash dishes in that and drain when they're done.
Great faucet, but noticeably lower water flow compared to my old one. Same flow when i open the handle halfway and fully - no difference.
Replaced an institutional wall sink with a floating countertop and this sink and it's transformed the room. My only complaint is that it doesn't drain fully.

The faucet is beautiful, works well, and was easy to install. I wish the sensor didn't have a delay when shutting the water off.
Bought 2 of these and I'm a big fan of gunmetal color.
