We purchased this sink from krausoutlet.com about two months ago. We received it two days later but the right back corner was cracked and detached from the sink. I called Kraus directly on Wednesday morning and spoke to Tony. After emailing him photos of the damage along with a copy of my invoice he said he’d place the order for a replacement which he assured me would go out the same day. Later the same day I received an email with tracking information for the replacement sink. On Friday, just two days later I received a second broken sink. This time it was the left back corner. At this point we were concerned, thinking Kraus would lose patience and somehow make their problem our problem as many of today’s companies do. I emailed Tony with pictures of the damage and followed up with a phone call sharing my observations regarding the packing and shipping. In both instances of receiving damaged product the packing materials had shifted in the box leaving the larger back of the sink where the faucet is installed vulnerable to the exact damage we were seeing. Tony assured me they would open the box and inspect the packaging before shipping a third sink. At this point we were losing faith but Tony was ‘All in’, understanding that we really had our sights set on having this sink. On the following Monday I received an email from Tony with tracking information and his assurance that the product was inspected prior to shipping. On Wednesday the third sink arrived. The packing tape across the top of the box had come Lioose and my hopes of receiving an acceptable product was diminishing. After opening the packaging I first noticed the sink was whole, no broken corners. I then got a shop light and started inspecting for minor cracks of which there were none. The third sink arrived in perfect condition! Originally we planned to have the sink professionally installed but with the delay we now had scheduling conflicts with the installer so I decided to do the installation myself. While the clips that secure it to the underside of the countertop (this was installed as a top mount) were a bit tricky we did get at least one on all four sides. The installation, including our existing R.O.filter, a net Delta ‘Touch 2O faucet took about 3-4 hrs. We did get tripped up a bit as we had to get creative with the new placement of the drains but in hindsight, successful science projects are a lot of fun! Bottom line....We love this sink!!!! In reading reviews we’ve noticed several people talk about ‘Hard Water’ spots and whiteness. Our water is by no means soft, by the same token, it’s not West Texas hard either. A good example of our water is, DO NOT wash your car in the heat os the day.... It will leave spots regardless of how quickly you work to wipe it dry. Having said that, after a month or so, we’ve found NO WATER SPOTS in the sink. Bottom line 2.0...... Customer service.... Kraus earns TEN STARS! They absolutely earned our business and recommendations. So many companies today operate with an unfortunate motto of “We don’t care and it shows”. Not the case with Kraus. They absolutely care and will definitely earn your business given the chance! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding!!!

Just what we were looking for! Everything like description and BETTER!

Not a manufacturer approved seller so no warranty. This drain is unlike the ones we had previously, does not drain well. Even with the water turned on low, drain open all the way, your sink could eventually overflow. See picture, barely open even when fully popped up.The open drain can't keep up with the incoming water. We are returning these for something different.

I bought this soap dispenser to match my kitchen faucet. It looks great, and it was very easy to install. It stays snug on the counter mount and dispenses just enough soap. The only negative I have is that there occasionally is a drop of soap buildup under the opening.

Very happy with my purchase. Hubby says easy to install. (We did add alittle silicon waterproofing - actually Loctite- around the inner hole and edge of the chest of drawers we made into the vanity and after that- no leaks) I love the ribbing on the inside, makes it look classier and not like just a bowl from the kitchen. Good size too. Waiting on parts but we are teaming it up with a waterfall faucet that will look lovely.

Can a sink be described as “sexy”?? This one absolutely can! We just remodeled our kitchen and when it came to sink design, I wanted a single pan farmhouse sink, but hubby, who washes the dishes insists on having a sink full of soapy water. I compromised with this 60/40 Kraus stainless with a low dividing wall. It looks sleek and stylish... sexy really. I was slightly concerned that the square design might have tight corners that would be hard to keep clean but they are rounded just enough to not catch food in them and can be wiped clean easily. The bottom is angled toward the drains so water does not stand in the bottom. The drains are toward the back of the sink - again just a beautiful design. Stainless sinks are notoriously noisy... especially with water from the faucet. NOT THIS ONE! It is just as quiet as my old porcelain sink thanks to the insulation around the entire undercarriage. The sink comes with wire racks that have rubber feet (extra feet included) that prevent scratches on the bottom and matching stainless disc covers that sit slightly elevated above the holes so you can’t see the pipes. Love these! I love that you don’t have to look down into the garbage disposer! Water and small bits of debris washes down easily with them in place. It comes with a very nice strainer basket for the non-disposer side. My only complaint is that if you have a garbage disposer, (as if anyone buying this sink would not...) this sink doesn’t come with a ring that matches the sink that holds the disposal. Which I understand... every disposer is different. But, as long as you have the pretty discs in place, you can’t see the “inSinkerator” ring. This sink is big. I can lay a 9x13” casserole baking dish flat in the large side and let it soak. The low dividing wall is not only gorgeous, but you can lay cookie sheets or cutting boards in the sink and easily clean them. I’m able to use the interior racks as a dish drying rack for my clean pots & pans. As with all stainless, water spotting is an issue. This sink comes with a cool microfiber drying cloth for this purpose and it has a removable metal ring in it that lets you hang it up on a hook. I’ve found that after cleaning and drying, buffing the sink with a little lemon oil makes it shine like a new car and keeps water spots down for a few days till it’s time to reapply. Plus it smells amazing. I purchased the Kraus black mat Industrial faucet shown here, also from krausoutlet.com and it’s match made in heaven!!!

I absolutely love this sink it’s my favorite part of my bathroom remodel.

I already knew how useful this is for drying some hand washed items because my daughter has one with her new sink. I don't have room or use for a full dish drainer, so I finally decided to try one on my old, small apartment sink. It is true to size advertised, and it works! It slides comfortably inside the indentation and looks like it belongs there. It can roll out for a bowl...roll up for a tea cup. No more messy draining stuff on my cutting board! I am very pleased.

We love it. It is so beautiful.

I love my Kraus vessel sink! It's unusual and beautiful! Not crazy about how the Kraus pop up drains fit in this though. We tried two diffrent Kraus ones and both give a really high profile when it's in the open setting. Not horrible enough to dissuade the installation, but enough that it bugs me it's not as seamless as it could be.

This is my three-year review of the product. Prior to purchasing this sink, I had come across negative reviews indicating its susceptibility to scratches. Nonetheless, I was captivated by its design and decided to proceed with the purchase. I specifically opted for the gray variant, as I observed that any scratches would be less noticeable in that color. After three years of usage, I must express my profound satisfaction with this product. While it did sustain scratches from a heavy cast iron pan, they are hardly discernible. In comparison to stainless steel sinks, these scratches hold negligible significance. Additionally, the sink is exceptionally easy to clean. However, it is worth noting that this type of resin sink is prone to developing a yellowish hue over time. Fortunately, this issue can be easily rectified by using a diluted bleach solution. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased and fully satisfied with this product.

I like the modern look, but it didn't arrive with all the parts. In every description picture there was a matching white drain cap... where is it? I ordered 2, and there is a spot in the foam core it to sit, but it's not here...

We remodeled our kitchen and I’ve been using this sink for about a week now. So far it’s great! I went with the more “square” side of the sink. There were a few imperfections but they’re not even noticeable. I’ve kept the metal grid at the bottom and just rinse food debris down the disposal every now and then. Very happy with my purchase so far! I also chose the Kraus faucet and soap dispenser.

I ordered 2 of these for my kitchen remodel. I also ordered Kraus faucets which are spectacular. The soap dispensers are well-made and have large volume bottles, minimizing how often you have to fill with soap. In the instillation process, "someone" lost one of the straws that inserts into the soap reservoir. I contacted the manufacturer and within 2 days I had a whole new unit (not just the straw that I asked for). Needless to say, I highly recommend this product and anything made by Kraus.

This was installed as part of a complete bathroom renovation, with all the work done by subcontractors. I chose this sink (and the faucet shown) to maximize the counterspace available to my two teenage daughters who have a lot of various hair and face products in the bathroom. It looks great and serves the intended purpose perfectly. Two tips for installation and design - I should have told the carpenter to build the vanity 3-4 inches lower than standard, since this sink sits on top of the vanity, rather than sinking into it. It feels just a tad high. Also, the fabricator should cut the slab so that the water hits the side of the bowl, rather than hitting right on the drain cover. We have an ever so slight bit of splash when the water's at full volume. These are not problems with the sink, just issues I should have planned for. This sink is perfect for a small space.
