  • I love the design of the Arlo bathroom faucet. The price for such a beautiful faucet made it a good value. The plumber said that it installed easily. I think it added the right touch to my newly renovated guest bath.

  • If you’re the type to wash/dry a bunch of dishes at once, this probably isn’t for you. It’s not terribly big, and can hold maybe 3-4 glasses and a bowl or two while washing and drying. But this is perfect for our needs and the size is great for us. Looks great as well compared to the fabric drying mats we used to use in the past. It is slanted slightly to allow water to drain back into the sink, but the reality is that you’ll likely never have enough water accumulate on it to the point the water actually starts running off. It’s more typical that I just pick it up and shake it off into the sink. As mentioned in some other reviews, it does get water spots on it if you let water sit on it. But they are easily wiped off. I’ll maybe once a week just scrub the whole thing with dish soap and then dry it off, and it looks like new. The black isn’t a deep black, especially when sitting on a black counter. More of a really dark grey. Doesn’t blend in quite as well as I’d hoped, but doesn’t look bad either. My biggest gripe initially is that it ships in a box, folded in half. It took a good 1-2 weeks for the crease to flatten out from it being folded, and two of the “fins” are still forever slanted to the side as a result. Should really be shipped flat. Overall, recommended if you tend to wash/dry dishes as you use them throughout the day. If you tend to have a sink full of dishes before you start washing, you might want something larger. UPDATE: Attached a second picture from today (May 4, 2024), six months after use. Just wanted to show how nice this still looks, and to reiterate that yes, it gets water spots, but they are easily wiped off. Maybe once every couple weeks, I spray it with some soap, let it set, then rinse and dry it off with a towel. Looks good as new. Have had others mention how nice it looks and ask where they can get it as well.

  • I love this sink but it isn't perfect. It holds a LOT. I have a few scratches on the front side one from the black plastic pieces on the rack being pulled up and a few very light ones. Both can be seen in the photos. But, my 6-year-old does the dishes sometimes. I do use the rack for the bottom. We also bought the converter so that it will work with a garbage disposal and have not had any problems. It doesn't have much of a dip, this makes the garbage/ foods. As seen in photos. I have to usually wipe it to the drain. The 90° angle corners do get a little film in them but it is easy to clean. Ours is under-mounted with quartz. So, it isn't perfect like I said but it is still everything I wanted and I still love it!

  • I've only had this faucet for about a week, so I can't speak to how long it will last, but I really like it so far. What I Like: 1) Great chrome finish. 2) The little on/off temperature lever is very smooth and easy to use, and at just the right height. 3) The styling is nicely transitional, so not too modern and not too old fashioned. Really classic. 4) The water flows strongly and evenly. 5) The spray nozzle has a great toggle switch to take you from solid stream to spray and works easily. 6) It pulls down with just enough slack to move the nozzle around as needed on big pots or to rinse the sink. What I Don't Like: 1) Really nothing so far. The only thing I can think of has nothing to do with this specific product but more to the entire category of pull-down nozzle faucet sets. Most of the design for these nozzles has a counter weight under the sink that lifts the nozzle back into its place after it has been pulled down. It's a basic design that works fine. However, in many cabinets, the heavy weight under the sink will swing around and knock into the cabinet. This creates a knocking or banging sound every time you pull it down that might annoy some people. What I did that worked great was to get one of those small felt furniture pads that you put on the feet of chairs to avoid scratching hardwood floors. I just stuck it on the side of the weight that was swinging into the cabinet and to my surprise, it totally got rid of any sounds. Super quiet now. So needless to say, I highly recommend this faucet. And hopefully it will last as long as the one it replaced. Happy faucet hunting.

  • The sink arrived as expected. Nicely shipped with zero issues. It’s heavy so if you install as the under-mount option as we did, you will need a support cradle (see photo). Our cabinet installers made one with extra wood on the spot to fit it. It took them 15 mins. I noticed other reviews state it didn’t drain well. We are not experiencing this. The sink has a slight but visible cant towards the drain. When washing dishes, food and water easily travel that way. I selected this sink specifically because the drain is on the side and not in the middle. I think this could be a difference maker for draining. We had a sink similar (in stainless steel) with the drain in the middle, and I hated spraying food and debris to the center drain near dishes I had already washed and set aside to dry. I could never keep it clean. No real fuss to keep this one clear of food debris with the drain on the far side. Even lazy husband has no issues with keeping it drained and clear of food debris. We did have a plumber install a garbage disposal. This was a little more costly as it required us to purchase an “extra deep disposal flange” ( about $100 for the flange) due to the thickness of the sink. See photo. Counter installers used a laser to measure the sink to fit the quartz counters cutout exactly. I think with fire clay there could be some variations, but the sink appears true and rectangular to the naked eye. It installed with zero problems. It’s beautiful sink. It was also more affordable compared to a quality cast iron. We purchased the custom grid sink protector to prevent dishes from breaking out damaging the sink’s finish (see picture). It does a great job of supporting heavy casserole dishes. Obviously, we have only used it for a short time, and I will update if any concerns come up in the future. Lastly, I wanted a work stain sink. The Kraus brand allows you to purchase accompanying items that fit inside the groove of this mode for customizable options. Some are pricey but are a beautiful addition to the sink’s functionality. We are very happy with this purchase after spending months trying to compare fire clay with cast iron to enameled sinks. This is a clear winner for our budget, needs, and aesthetic desires.

  • This sink was better than i thought it would be First sink i ordered came damaged retuned it and they shipped a new one immediately at my door in 24hrs i highly recomend

  • Images on box and description doesn't match what I was sent. Called Kraus directly as that is what the literature inside the box stated I should do. They advised me to deal directly with krausoutlet.com. I ordered this set as I wanted the option to switch from stainless to black. The handyman was here when the issue was discovered, so he installed the flat top stainless. The other is of no use as it is rounded, not flat top as I expected. See attached photos. Would have saved myself money and ordered only the stainlesss ...which I could have purchased individually had I known this. In the end ,I contacted krausoutlet.com and they were able to help me.

I bought a KRAUS faucet to improve the kitchen of my new home and I like having an in the counter soap dispenser. The KRAUS soap dispenser matches the faucet I bought and works beautifully. A must have for every kitchen.

  • After 26 years living in our home and having formica countertops with a standard two bowl sink, we decided it was time to upgrade our kitchen. We looked at a few options to go along with our quartz countertops. After selecting a different sink at first, when it arrived we decided we didn't like it very much. I considered the square basin sinks with the square corners as it seem to be the modern trend, but after thinking about it for a period of time we decided to go with this awesome round corner, one basin Kraus sink. After having it now for 5 months we love it. The size is great, the looks are fantastic, the water drains very very nicely, and the sink had a finish in the design, a textured swirled in the bottom adding to the brushed looks. It cleans very nicely and no signs of any kind of rust whatsoever, as some people would indicated with other versions of sinks. This was the right choice for our kitchen design. The included bottom drying rack keeps the bottom from getting scratches, while the drain strainer hides the gunk, as you wash down the sides. I'd recommend a nice sink with a sprayer on it as it helps a lot to reach all the corners.

  • The sink came well protected in packaging. Box was damaged, but there was no damage to the sink. It matches so well with my newly remodeled bathroom. Great value!

  • - I love this faucet. The Quality is excellent, as are the functions and ergonomics. It creates a powerful rinse even with our less than great water pressure. I LOVE this faucet. - Sadly they put the wrong size O-rings in the attached hoses. New O-Rings were cheap but it cost me an hour of my plumbers time changing the install and waiting for me to run out and buy new O-rings. I was not happy. Neither was he. -The new sink is from SinkDepot. It is 33" wide and has a "deck" that you mount the faucet on. Most of the splashes end up on the deck, not on our composite countertop where it would seep in to the cut our for the sink and destroy the countertop. This is not a problem if you have a solid stone or quarts top, but for cheap countertops it is a big problem. This sink is a dual mount, so when we can afford granit countertops we can under-mount it. I LOVE THIS SINK! It was only $360 from the factory. More with Home Depot.

  • We bought this trash can to replace a different brand we had for a few years that stopped opening. I liked the fact this one was black and a little shorter than my previous one. In the very beginning we realized the part you attach the trash bag to is a bad design. The bag does not seat properly so there are gaps to let small trash fall through. The biggest problem is getting the filled bag out of the can. You can't fill the can full. If you do it won't come out. Also there are ridges around the inside of the can that will tear holes in the bag. I would like to return it for a refund, but to my surprise there is only a one month window for return on this item. Don't waste your money!

This looks great, matched my Moen faucet but it just didn't last. After 5 months the surface is starting to bubble & peel away. There are even visible rust spots

  • This was so easy to install and I love how it has a flush look to it. It’s a perfect good color to go with the new faucet.

We have owned this faucet for three years now and are on our third sprayer head. This head is easy to install and works great till the button falls off or it starts leaking. I’ve purchased this exact head from krausoutlet.com twice now. Has a life of almost exactly 1 year. Pricey considering it doesn’t last.
