Unit arrived broken in the box.

Overall very happy with this faucet. It's not as pretty as some, but it fits in a tight vertical space, and, as noted, is truly spotless. I was skeptical (as our water is VERY hard) but now very pleased :) Another feature I am very happy about is the return to non-spray mode when you turn the water off. I also purchased the matching deck plate (could not find on krausoutlet.com) and dishwasher air vent to finish the look. Good purchase!

We purchased three very similar faucets for our new vacation rental so we could compare them side by side to find which would be the perfect match for our Sonoma Cast Stone vessel sink. We wanted every detail to be perfect and couldn't tell from the pictures or measurements without seeing them in person. I took pictures of all three and have photoshopped them together for you, so if anyone else is in this situation you could see them side by side for a comparison. Quality-wise they all felt very good. The finish was very much the same on all three of them and the working of the mechanism seemed comparable as well. We ended up choosing the Kraus because it had the farthest projection into the sink. Since the rim of our concrete sink is very thick, we needed one with the longest arm, to minimize splashing. If that were not a concern, any one of these faucets would have been a good choice. Costco had same sink on their website but got a better deal from krausoutlet.com. The shape and dimensions are exactly what I wanted for the new kitchen install in my South Florida house. It is easy to clean. Installed about two weeks ago and so far so good. Seems like a quality product. My countertop guy said it didn’t seem to be a full 16 gauge stainless steel but suspected it was a little lighter. I don’t do enough sinks to tell the difference. Very happy so far.

I did a ton of research on many faucets like these and I’m so glad I went with the Kraus! It’s so nice, the handle feels really nice and sturdy, and it stretches really well. I used to have the kind where the hose went back in the faucet with a magnet so this kind took some getting used to, but we’ve had it 3 or 4 weeks now and I love it! The filter faucet works great. I have nothing bad to say about it! Our plumber installed it so I have no advice on that but he didn’t mention any problems with it.

I love the look of these three items in my kitchen. The ‘Brushed Bronze’ is a deeper, more antique gold while the brushed gold is softer, more champagne. I ended up ordering 5 total items and returning 2 because the colors differed. I called Kraus who told me the finishes are consistent across products. They suggested I returned the incorrectly colored items back to krausoutlet.com and reorder. I did that and my replacement items were all the right color. I did not install these myself so I can’t speak to the ease of that. But all three items work well. The faucet works well and is easy to use. The hose is easy to use with one hand and goes back into the faucet body very easily. The water faucet does what its supposed to do. Some have reported it dips after you turn it off. This is not something I have experienced. The soap works well, no drippage. I use blue dawn dish soap. All in all, I’m very happy with the purchase! This is a solid, high quality pump. Smooth pumping, looks great and feels high quality.

We really love the result (see photo) -- simple, clean & elegant. Basically VERY easy to install. Recommendations though for DIY types: (1) Figure out a marking scheme to make sure the base is centered in both directions where you want it. The installation instructions stipulate a 4-inch hole opening in your countertop, yet the drop-through drain is on the order of less than 2 inches. So getting it centered poses a very minor problem. (2) Same goes if you care about centering the Kraus name with the faucet that you will be using. (3) Just as a caution, the 4-inch hole only will leave you with only about 3/4-inch of countertop to apply the bead of recommended silicone adhesive. This forces you to apply right on the top cut edge of the circle so as not to risk adhesive squeezing to the outer edge of the Kraus base (and therefore visible). I would have preferred more like an inch (or in other words, a 3.5-inch hole) to allow a larger bead. I was afraid (hindsight) that I hadn't used enough BUT the installation IS solid. I don't know if a 3.5-inch hole would make it anymore difficult to get a wrench on the underside sink drain nut versus a 4-inch. ... These are just installation notes as a precaution before you proceed, BUT are not meant to be negative at all -- just helpful. We totally love the powder room transformation!!

Well built, easy to use, and great looking. The reach is exactly why I needed for a standard double sink. The button that flips it to shower-high-pressure mode only when on and then flips off when the water is turned off is wonderfully simple and works perfectly. The styling is superb. The temperature control is precise and easy to use. And the plastic head is actually really nice feeling. I was worried about that part, but after using it for 2 months now, I can say it is actually nicer because it's easier to work with than a heavier metal head, and it feels very well built, so no worries about longevity.

I enjoyed this deep drain while it lasted. Unfortunately, after less than a year of use ( but more than a year after purchase since it wasn’t immediately installed) the metal screw at the bottom deteriorated and fell apart necessitating a visit from a plumber and a replacement with the stock drain he had on his truck. I wouldn’t recommend this product. I’ve never had anything like that happen before and believe it was due to faulty materials. Expensive to replace!

Bought this sink for a bathroom renovation in a 90 year old house. We needed to keep the original vanity for a variety of reasons, but needed to raise the height so we didn’t have to bend way over to wash our hands. The solution was to change out the counter top and original sink, use a slab of butcher block to add height and use a vessel sink. Out of all the vessel sinks I looked at online and in stores, this was the best from a size perspective. And it is beautiful. Very high quality, heavy, and just plain lovely. Couldn’t be happier!

This is a very beautiful faucet, extremely high quality, well made. I didn’t install it myself but my plumber was very impressed. So happy with this purchase, much better than I anticipated.

I love the cutting board looks like wood but is some kind of stone it doesn’t show any cut marks or ware at all I haven’t had any trouble with scratches or staining I also bought the stainless steal grate for the bottom I love it to you can put hot pots right on it so I can clean stove right away plus is beautiful to look at my first one that I received was cracked but they sent me out another one ASAP

This disposal is so nice looking you want to install on top of your counter just to show it off... The install was great, it came with everything I needed and installed super easy! This is the quietest garbage disposal I've ever seen or heard! I'll never install another brand, ever! I also have the Krauss granite sink and the rubber seal that comes with the sink flange sealed it perfectly! I still put some silicon around the flange to fill the small gap between the flange and sink because small pieces were getting stuck, but that was a simple fix! Highly recommend!!!

So we were skeptical about buying a faucet head on krausoutlet.com but let me tell you that this product is high quality, large, durable, and accurately as described! The value for our money was perfect and it literally took my husband about 10 minutes to install! The water comes out flowing with the option to turn into a shower type of spray. The functionality is practical for use and I would most definitely recommend this product!
