Krauss never lets me down. I’m a kitchen installer and often suggest Krauss products to my customers, so when it was time to upgrade my sink I went with Krauss and their products. Quality material and craftsmanship. Attractive designs. Stainless steel so it will not rust.
Cheap plastic button broke on the original, bought this as a replacement, cheap plastic button broke again within a month or 2. Sucks that I have no recourse other than buying another one. It looks like they make one with a different style button, both that broke had a thin oval button, I'm hoping this one is made better, reading other reviews, it's definitely a manufacturing or design flaw This one in picture has a more rectangular button.
This faucet was incredibly easy to install and it’s absolutely stunning!! Would highly recommend.

I like this sink so much I’ve used it in different kitchen renovations where counter space was premium real estate. The sink is solid and has some weight to it. Overall, really attractive and functional smaller sink. If I had to reno another small kitchen I’d buy it again!
I purchased this faucet in 2023 and have been happy with everything about the faucet. Recently the faucet had started with some irregular drips during one function. I looked on the Kraus website sent an email, provided my registration and photos and received excellent service, Kraus sent me a new head within days. I highly recommend for multiple reasons.

Absolutely LOVE this sink! New sinks of similar style are nearly $100 more at Lowes or Home Depot. This sink is the highest quality & looks beautiful! Came pre-drilled with the single faucet hole and two drain stoppers - one being a deep removable basket. Would buy again in a heartbeat! Does not come with a tube of sealant in the kit.

I Love my sink. We updated our kitchen. We painted our cabinets and updated our counter tops from granite to to marble of course we updated our double sink to a single farm house sink we were going to get the Apron Sink but it would require fabricating our cabinets cutting out the front to have a Apron sink. Im glad we chose this one. I went to lowes to purchase this exact sink but they only had a 18 gauge which is a lower grade of steel and besides that it was $399. I purchased this exact brand sink on krausoutlet.com but I got the 16 gauge which is a durable gauge for less. I love the fact it is deep and I can hide my dish liquid inside. I also purchased this dish dryer rack to sit over my sink it's durable and is the perfect size. I haven't experienced any scratches so far I've only had it for 2 weeks so far but get the sink with the rack at the bottom it protects your dishes and scratches. I hope this helps.
The template could be better if it comes with one whole piece of paper not a folded paper. Not heavy duty…. So at home use it is fine. But for rental or business not recommend
The sink arrived as expected. Nicely shipped with zero issues. It’s heavy so if you install as the under-mount option as we did, you will need a support cradle (see photo). Our cabinet installers made one with extra wood on the spot to fit it. It took them 15 mins. I noticed other reviews state it didn’t drain well. We are not experiencing this. The sink has a slight but visible cant towards the drain. When washing dishes, food and water easily travel that way. I selected this sink specifically because the drain is on the side and not in the middle. I think this could be a difference maker for draining. We had a sink similar (in stainless steel) with the drain in the middle, and I hated spraying food and debris to the center drain near dishes I had already washed and set aside to dry. I could never keep it clean. No real fuss to keep this one clear of food debris with the drain on the far side. Even lazy husband has no issues with keeping it drained and clear of food debris. We did have a plumber install a garbage disposal. This was a little more costly as it required us to purchase an “extra deep disposal flange” ( about $100 for the flange) due to the thickness of the sink. See photo. Counter installers used a laser to measure the sink to fit the quartz counters cutout exactly. I think with fire clay there could be some variations, but the sink appears true and rectangular to the naked eye. It installed with zero problems. It’s beautiful sink. It was also more affordable compared to a quality cast iron. We purchased the custom grid sink protector to prevent dishes from breaking out damaging the sink’s finish (see picture). It does a great job of supporting heavy casserole dishes. Obviously, we have only used it for a short time, and I will update if any concerns come up in the future. Lastly, I wanted a work stain sink. The Kraus brand allows you to purchase accompanying items that fit inside the groove of this mode for customizable options. Some are pricey but are a beautiful addition to the sink’s functionality. We are very happy with this purchase after spending months trying to compare fire clay with cast iron to enameled sinks. This is a clear winner for our budget, needs, and aesthetic desires.
No negatives. This faucet was super easy to install, and it looks great! I needed a way to dispense water from the under counter filtered water system without drilling a hole in the granite. This faucet is the perfect solution. It easily connected to the filter system (Aquasana) without any additional hardware. To dispense the filtered water through the cross bar simply pull the lever straight down. The quality of the faucet is high end, heavy duty and sturdy. I love the way the black and brushed nickel finish goes with my countertop. I also love how firmly the nozzle retracts and stays up without sagging down.
Very pleased with this faucet. The soft brass style fits the vibe of the space and the water flow is also nice. I purchased the matching drain and it looks beautiful in my bathroom renovation.
Ahh what a Beautiful sink and faucet. It’s sleek has a little gold for the bling and handles well and it’s easy to turn on and off. I can wash dishes even better now focus the nozzle wherever I need to focus and it also the pull down and has swivel handle it cleans all parts of the sink and dishes and glasses you need to get to with water. And had it has two settings of flow of water. Spray or funnel. It is lovely I filled my soap dispenser today it’s so easy and comfortable. Just make sure you get the countertop installers to cut the correct space for your sink and make sure they drill the correct number of holes you need for installation of your faucet and soap dispenser. And make sure to empty under your cabinets before the faucet install. Take eve trytjing out! And tip Them! Please! Amen! I love it - it’s my fave thing in the kitchen. Yaaa love you krausoutlet.com- quick delivery - I actually received my faucet sink and soap dispenser and accessories next day air. I received two kraus faucets so I had to return one but it was easy return as well. It’s well made and huge! Fed ex came and picked I up The extra faucet they sent and I didn’t need one of drains I bought so I got to return that as well. Smile faucet and drain and sink arrived - got it next day and Before noon!! Awesome - good purchase. Thank you! The best! Faucet ever in my opinion.
